Subscription Terms

These terms apply to individual family subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. School and business licences are governed separately.
The subscription
Totchi is an audio storytelling service for children, operated by Mindset Marvels Ltd (Company No. 16339374). A Totchi subscription gives one family full access to the Totchi audio story library, including multiple child profiles under a single parent account.

How you are billed
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the app store you downloaded Totchi from:
iPhone and iPad — Apple In-App Purchase, charged to your Apple Account
Android — Google Play Billing, charged to your Google Account
Totchi does not process, store, or have access to your payment card details.
Free trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial before their first payment is taken. The trial begins when you confirm your subscription in the App Store or on Google Play. At the end of the trial, your subscription starts automatically and the applicable price is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
To avoid being charged: cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. See the Cancellation section below for instructions.
Free trials are available to new subscribers only. One free trial per Apple Account or Google Account.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You will not receive a separate renewal notification. You can view your next renewal date in your Apple Account or Google Account subscription settings.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be done through your Apple Account or Google Account settings. Totchi cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
On iPhone or iPad
Open Settings on your device
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Find Totchi and tap it
Tap Cancel Subscription
On Android
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon in the top right
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
Find Totchi and tap it
Tap Cancel subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. You retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Totchi cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play. Refund requests must be made to the relevant app store:
Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Price changes
If subscription prices change, Apple or Google will notify you in advance. You may accept the new price or cancel. If you do not cancel, the new price applies from your next renewal.
Free premium access
At our discretion, Mindset Marvels Ltd may grant accounts free premium access. This is separate from Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing, and does not constitute a refund or modification of any app store transaction.
